How long does the course take?

Certificate III in Barbering is completed in 15 months full time across 5, 10 week terms.

As a full time student, you’ll spend 1 day per week at your chosen campus completing hands-on learning with your trainers. You’ll combine this with approximately 7 hours week of online study through the learning portal.

Are there entry requirements?

Students must be 15 years and over. We also require basic English language skills and a genuine interest in the beauty industry. If you're unsure about meeting requirements, our admissions team can discuss your individual circumstances.

Can I study while I'm still at school?

Yes! The Certificate III in Barbering is open to students from year 10-12 (15 years old and over).
